Before you go altering your injection or ignition tables is it possible that there is another problem? Does the misfiring happen often or is it completly random and have you done any work to the ignition system recently or around the same time this started happening?

I had it dyno and tuned at a shop, they did all of the settings for me. Its just that when starting out, It has always been like that, but if you step on the gas 2x, 3x or if its warm it perfectly fine. I was trying to correct the stepping on the gas part, when starting out in the morning.
