i don't have the support tool cd. but it did come with the cable from what i can tell. i actually haven't even got it yet but i did order it. can i download the entire support tool or do i still need the cd? and if i do need the cd would anyone be willing to burn me a copy? i will pay for it but if i can just download the whole support tool that would be nice.

I don't believe this is correct. The 1.49 update is for the EM Blue and the 2.20 is for EM Ultimate. If you go to the Trust site the links are different for both the EMB and the EMU (and the V-Manage for that matter).

Keep in mind that these are update files. You have to have the actual program already installed. I hope this helps.

I dont know, I have never seen the support tool for the emb ultimate, however I am sure they are one in the same as I've never heard of there being more than one support tool.

Yes you will need the original program, but this link:

seems to have both the install for the EM Blue/Gold (I would use the 1.20/1.40 full link), as well as the full installer for the EM Ultimate (2.00/1.00 full). Download and install the version for your unit, then apply the update.
