as the title says, EVSC stands for electronic vehicle speed control and ISA stands for intelligent speed adaptation...for vehicles with Electronic Trotel Control, this is a speed cut mode. at certain speed it will close the tb to prevent the vehicle from going above that governed speed..so my question is there any way to remove this kind of speed cut? can the conventional way remove this speed cut? the cheapest way..

depends on the type of ecu you have. In the states some 3rd party hardware like the MSD can override a factory governor on older cars. Your other option is to flash your Factory ECU to remove that feature, or look into disabling the cirucuit that closes the tb once the governor limit has been reached. Don't know about where you're at , but here finding someone to remove a governor is next to impossible unless you know someone because it's illegal.
With your limiter set at? The goal you indicated to us earlier doesn't really warrant removing the limiter.
