unlocking locked tuning file

hi everybody,I'm a newbie here.Anybody know how to unlocking the locked tuning file on the emanage blue?I just bought a second hand emanage blue from my friend and i already install at my car.I can set up the parameter setting,export and import data without any problem.But i have problem cannot enter at the air fuel tuning,an error code came off at the laptop.I read at the forum and one of our friend says it maybe the setting is locked.Is it true?

If it's true can anybody help me to unlock it or there have problem at the software? :(

You may have a problem with the software. the locking feature would require you to enter a password when modifying, exporting, or importing information into the emb unit itself.

What kind of error code are you getting?

My first train of thought would be to save the maps to a directory created on your desktop. Uninstall the program and then do a fresh install and try to load that specific map back in and make changes.
