How many of you guys are using a electronic boost controller ? I bought a new "still in the box" Blitz HDi electronic boost controller for $150.00 ! from a guy who " just needed the money " man what a difference over my turbosmart mbc. boost holds solid to red line and the turbo spools sooner, wish I had bought one years ago !!!!!:D

I have been using the Greddy E0-1 for almost two years now and I swear by it. I used to loop my WG actuator vac lines and ran right around 12-14 lbs but it always worried me I would over boost and blow something up.
$150 bucks for any EBC is a really good deal...craigslist score??

Kennymp3, My neighbor has a auto repair shop. And a customer could'nt pay his bill so he gave it to him in trade, I offered him $150.00 for it ( the price of the unpaid bill ) I knew Blitz was a high dollar controller so I jumped on it !
Best Deal I've got in a long time.:D Glad to see your Greddy works so well !

Friggin score Elderc, you got a deal. I had a Greddy Profec B Spec2 for
about a 3 months and it too worked great but when I had the chance to pick
up a complete EMB and E0-1 for cheap I sold the Profec B to pay for the E0-1
Ended up getting the E0-1 for next to nothing and I dig the fact that it communicates to the EMB without the use of a laptop.
I take it that your Blitz EBC uses an actuator of some sort Elderc?
Was it easy to adjust?

Kenny, This is the Blitz unit I bought for $150.00 real easy to use. Instructions were in Japanese so I downloaded the English version off the Blitz website. I hope it works as well as your Greddy (for years), but for the price you can't go wrong.

I'd like to use an electronic boost controller. In fact I'd rather switch from mechanical to electrical everything...controllers, gauges, the works. That is a sweeet deal though on the Blitz unit.

Nothing wrong with a MBC, but for me an EBC seems to hold
boost a bit better. Maybe it's just me....lol

Has anyone tried using the emanage as a boost controller? I got a solenoid and hooked it up but I think I hooked it up wrong. Looks promising and inexpensive once I get it to work right.

Never even thought of it. You'll have to do a writeup and post your results when done?

We talked a little bit about it here......

I posted up a few links (Hopefully they still work) about how the EMB
has been used as a boost controller.
