I have a 1997 Mk1 1.8 fitted with a JR M45 Supercharger, JR Air/Water intercooler, 150mm crank overlay, Mk2 injectors, Emanage blue, 3 bar MAP sensor, Turbolite knock sensor and an AEM UEGO Wideband sensor.

I can start and run the car without a problem if I leave the ECU MAF wiring out of the loop, but when I connect it to the Emanage blue my car has problems starting.

Some times I can get it to start, if I blip the throttle, will the anti stall problem solve this problem?

BTW - I have double checked the jumper settings and they appear to be correct, and I have the post set to 3-A-0 and have tried 3-A-3 and 3-A-1.

I solved the issue of the car not working with the MAF plugged in, It turns out that the white wire going into the Emanage plug was broken. After zero'ing the injector correction, everything is working as it should do.

I don't fully understand the different scales on the left hand side. The map I use as a base map was sent to me.

Looking at my injector Map, it seems that it only goes up to 45 Kpa (6.5 Psi) yet my emanage tool map shows that I make about 9 Psi. Am I reading it correctly? Do I need to change the scale to allow me to adjust for more fuel above 6.5Psi?

How does this look?

With regards to the injector cycle.

It looks like I am at 45% injector cycle at 4.2 Psi, is that correct?

Thanks for any help given.

You can change the table values to whatever you like. You can even change things so you can tune off the Greddy Map Sensor.

And for your datalog, that's pretty much correct.
