Software can't install.

Hi:D, everyone i'm newbid here, I have a problem when I try to install the software to my laptop, my os is xp, after insert the cd autorun taking place, on the right corner will pop up a window showing you the status, when it try to launch the microsoft install shield it pop up another windows shows that --logging started date and time-- then left the only key for you to press which is "ok", did anyone have this problem before?:confused:

No I don't believe i've ever seen the problem your describing. Try downloading the software from our downloads section and installing that. Then update your emb to 1.49 :)

Thanks for the prompt reply, finally it's works and can install but is it without hookup with the main unit I can't start the program? :)

You should still be able to start the software. You can even start creating a map if you wanted to without ever connecting to your main unit. Is that what you're asking?

Yes, thanks a lot, I think my pc got problem cause I can't open the program after i double click icon, then popup 'can't communicate to the main unit start online?' then I click ok the program wound start. I think should send someone to diagnos. Thanks a lot. Regards :)
