Hi guy's how do i tune my EMB cold start, also i want to lean out the AF mix on WOT as it's running 10's and i want it to run high 10's to very low 11's.

How can i do a copy of whats displayed on the screen as there is no feature to do this, I have tryed to do a screen print and putting it in excel but i can not upload this to photobucket?.

If i can get the tables up i can show you som figures. On the injector map what does the value of absolute pressure go on is it boost pressure? against rpm?

So what are the values on the left hand side of this table relate to(boost pressure)?

I figured out that this table is throtal position vs rpm

There's a conversion chart to go from PSI (boost) to Kpa (Kilopascals). The unit of measurement is selectable, I believe you can actually select PSI.

So from my chart it has only been mapped from 1.2bar onward?

How can i adjust the cold start on this program some people say it can not be done?

You can click on "Change Scale" and that will allow to widen the range to include your cold start range in the RPM band. That's the only way I can think of going about doing it.

Thanks i will have a look into it.

Those are some pretty huge changes on that airflow map. These changes effect your timing. What is your fuel pressure? Do you have an afpr? If your fuel pressure is high you will run rich most of the time. When you do adjustments on the airflow map you should highlight all the cells and click "Interpolate", this will give a much better transition to the change from the emanage to ecu. If you are running rich in the higher rpms lower the values in the additional injection map, you seem to have some numbers in them, try that first, if you are still rich and the value in the cells are "0",click the "BC" button on the toolbar and clamp your maf voltage. Try putting 3.35v in all the boxes and see where that puts you. Remember to take it easy on the car when tuning with new values.

Edit: I see you do have an afpr and you have a map sensor, you may just need to slightly turn your fuel pressure down since you have 800cc and remove the values from the additional injection map in the problem rpms. I am not familiar with the workings of map sensors but you should be able to clamp it like a maf.

Well i have to say maxgtr2000 i had a look at the fuel pressure and it was a bit over 2 bar so i turned it down and then did what you said with the air folw map and the car is running perfect.

On WOT it is now running 10.1-10.6 which is where i wanted it as before it was off the scale, so thanks for the imput fella big help.

I still need to learn alot on how to turn with this program so i will be asking plenty of questions about it:)
