Happy 4th July you all... Well my spydie lovers I need help, I got a t3 turbo with 630cc injector running at 7 psi with a greddy EMB my a/f is at 14.5 to 13.5 is what I'm getting with the wide-band. Everything is connected properly, I even clean the MAF and the car will start to idle good then start acting up getting random cylinder misfired I try everything but I can't shake this problem. So my spydie lover can you please me fix this problem? Now, I have to admit when I did hook up the EMB brown wire that's for the tach when it's connected I can't rev pass 2000 rpm, when I get to 2000 rpm the car will start break up very bad, someone told me to put the brown wire to ground which I did. The car works fine but now this misfiring is getting to me, Well see what you guy's can come up with for me cause I have nothing.

Ok welcom hatianbikerboy! You said you have an emb blue. Do you have any additional harnesses hooked up? What kind of car you got and what are you oem injector harness but do you have any additional harnesses hooked up? The brown is need so grounding it out will produce an unwanted result if you have altered the ignition map at all. What version software is on your emb?

thx so much for replying son I appreciate that, and I love what you doing here. Ok I have a mr2 spyder I have the ignition, injector and the main harness hook up 630cc injectors running t3 turbo thats it for whatever reason I couldn't rev pass 2000 rpm with the brown rpm wire connected now i have it to ground the system work fine
But I can't get it to idle smooth. Now once i get on the gas pass 2000 rpm everything is fine so i'm not sure whats going on man but i'm sure the system don't know what rpm i'm in since the brown wire is not connected what do you think is the problem. all my jumpers and rotary dial are correct so I'm not sure what to do.... I'm using the 1.49 software i got from here I retard the ignition only pass 4000 rpm

I would reconnect the Brown wire correctly. How many speed inputs does your computer have? Whatever Feeds the signal to your tachometer is where the brown wire needs to be connected. Since the brown is grounded you emb is receiving a bad signal it thinks is your ignition. It takes that and sends the signal through the injectors. If I was connected and not idling rigt is prolly cause of the injector size. Zero out your ignition tables and get your afrs down and stable. I know when I messed with my ignition first I saw the same problem till everything else was smoothed out. When you've got a steady afr at max boost and it doesn't feel like it then it's time to adjust timing.

What year is your car and do you have inition values entered around the 2000rpm range. Better yet can you screen capture your maps and post em up?

2000 Toyota mr2 spyder with the 1zz-fe engine.... no values at 2000 rpm and how do i do screen capture. someone told me not to mess with greddy emanager i didn't listen maybe i should have use greddy boost pressure instead of the MAF sensor

630 injectors are pretty large, what else do you have hooked up to the fuel system? An fmu? Your afrs read alright but it sound like it's bogging down because of too much fuel, have you checked the spark plugs? Your injector correction on the emanage may have to be set at something like 370cc-->630cc and make sure your first 3 dials on the emanage are set for your style maf and the rest of the dials are at 0.

go into your parameter settings and in the injection correction factor put in 330 for the first value and 495 for the second value. See how that does it.
