EMB main unit update failed

Hi
My CAR is Toyota glanza engine is 4efte… I cant update my main unit.
When I try 1.49 var its hang…
Then when I try 1.11 var then its complete 1% and hang.
What can I do now..

Jumper Switches:
JP1: 1-2
JP2: 1-2
JP3: 1-2
JP4: OPEN
JP5: OPEN
JP6: OPEN
JP7: 1-2

Rotary Switch Settings:
Rotary Switch 1: 2
Rotary Switch 2: 4
Rotary Switch 3: 0

I can't see the picture but your jumper settings shouldn't have any impact on your update. What error message are you getting?

reinstall your software on your computer to 1.49 then double check your com settings and make you're getting the online status when you connect. Next go ahead and import the data from the unit to make sure information can be transferred. After all that try to do a main unit update.

check the com port on your computer, i used to have the same problem, and that was the solution.
also what kind of cable are you using?? is it a giff cable??

Hi every 1
Still I can’t solve the problem. Comport -2, device is online but cant update…I changed 3 laptop, but same problem
When I trying to update 1.49 var its just hang “corresponding please wait” and I wait 2hr..Nothing is happened

Then I install var 1.11 and complete 1% and same again..(see the picture)
I m using a serial to USB cabal..and I bought it from eby..
I have also USB to USB cabal but, I can’t connect it..

What can I do now…plz give me some suggestion…
