I am reading through the manual and know that I can use 150% larger injectors for my turbo setup.
However what exactly is 150%? Say I am running 200cc injectors now then 150% of that is 300cc. Or does it mean another 150% on top of the stock injector size. This case it would be 500cc.
This make sense?

you are right in your first assumption of 300cc. although i could be wrong.

Great now I will be getting the rest of you guys confused as well.
I think my stock injectors are 220cc and I will upgrading to 365cc which are actually 385cc due to the difference in fuel pressure. I have a nice new set of 450cc that I planned on using later once I get the hang of turbo'ing and want more power. The 365cc should get me over 200hp though.

At 220cc std , your max range is 330cc. Though its not a restriction for EMB as there are other ways to get around the extra cc's

So if my 4efte runs 295cc injectors....could I run 440cc's?

like lowering fuel pressure with a afpr or just just leaning the mixture out a bit more than you would with the max injector size. For example if stock is 200cc then max would be 300cc so if you want to used 400cc injectors thats a 33.333 increase over the max injector size. just dropping in 400cc the car would run really rich because it cannot recalibrate for injectors bigger than 300cc.
Now say you have a good map that emb has re calibrated for the 300cc injectors, so what i would imagine is for a given cell where you have a value of +10 because the 400cc injector is actually 33.33% bigger that 300cc, you further lean it out by 33.33% .So 100%-33.333%=66.666% so 66.666% 0f +10 is 6.666. so you imput that in the ncell which originally had +10 and the af goes back to where it was whith the 300cc injectors.
Just brain storming. Am I on the right track ?

Yes you're thinking is on track. OR as an easier shortcut you can go into the parameter settings and put your original injectors at say 330 instead of 300. This will give you a lower correction ratio and you wouldn't have to do all that crazy math for every cell in your fuel tables.
