Where to put the EMB?

Where should I mount the EMB? My thought was either in the single DIN pocket underneath my radio or the glove compartment. Just wondering any pros and cons, and possibly if someone installed it somewhere and wishes they would have mounted it elsewhere.

Thoughts?

I used one of those DIN compartment's with a fold down door.
Pretty sure I copied Don as he has the same setup.
Just have to gut the back of the compartment to get the emb to fit.
Overall Im pretty happy with it.

I have my EMB mounted the same as well. I like it there although it isn't necessary to be so accessible, just the USB port mainly.

And kenny, have you actually tested that Prelude one you sent me? I still have it. Figure I can send that to Swoosh if you found it fit good. I already had one when you sent that one.

I have several more of those DIN compartment's.....
Let me look them over and see if any of 'em are worth parting with.
Im know that all of the compartment's require some "modding" to get
the EMB to fit. I had to cut about an 1/8th of inch of each side for the door to
clear the center trim piece.
If I remember correctly the one Don and I are using are from a Toyota camry
and the one I sent you Don was from a Honda prelude.
I will shoot you a PM Russ if I have a decent spare you could use.
If not I think that the one I sent to Don will work too.
