Hello!I want your help!I purchased an emb and i want to put the 1.49 software!Which programs do i have to install first in order to make the update?I don't know which software has my emb!I can use a simple usb cable in order to connect it to my pc?

I read in a page this( For emanage blue units, you must have full install CD of 1.20/1.40 to be able to update software and firmware to latest firmware of 1.49)
I don't have this cd or any cd!:(

No you can't use a simple PC cable. Either a custom GIFF cable or a official GReddy support tool cable.

As for the software, you can download the full v1.49 from our Downloads section.

And last but not least, WELCOME!:D

The full 1.49 version you have in downloads section is the software and the firmware?or its only the support tool software?

Or i have to download the 1.11 v and then all the other updates 1.20/1.40 etc.?

you should be able to update from 1.11 to 1.49 with just the two programs uploaded online.

From GReddy's site, in regards to updating.
For emanage blue units, you must have full install CD of 1.20/1.40 to be able to update software and firmware to latest firmware of 1.49. For older software 1.11, the latest software update is up to 1.13 and emanage firmware is 1.39.

I don't recall a separate software for the firmware. Could be wrong, but I think its built into the Support Tool software.

And the one I've uploaded is full CD v1.49.
