Hey guys. I just signed up today. I am new tho this site but I am not new to forums. I am a mod on another forum.

I currently drive a Corolla. Yes, a corolla. But it not your typical 4 door granny car. I'll list a quick run down of some mods.

TRD Supercharger
AEM CAI
DC Sport header
Magnaflow catback
UR alt pulley
Alutec crank pulley
2.2 URD s/c pulley making about 12psi
Tein H techs
black 17" wheels
Vuteq rear lip
RS front lip
5% tints all around
Complete sound system
hella horns
a/f. volt. boost gauge in a custom made gauge pod
XRS seat swap
rear disk conversion from a Celica GTS
Completely black interior (headliner, seats, pillars, dash...EVERYTHING is black)

Well thats a run down of the big mods. but i have ton of other things.

i recently just blew my tranny and it cost me almost 2,000 to build it. But im here because i got a new laptop and i lost my EMB support tool V1.20 and now i cant finish tuning my car. If anyone here can help me out. I found a 1.20 on Yahoo groups but it says update 1.40 and now i cant get my EMB to connect. If anyone can point me in the right direction. Thanks guys!

yes i did. i downloaded the 1.20 and when i open it, it says with 1.40 updater and my EMB still wont connect.

How do I upgrade the firmware on the EMB?

I got mine with v1.49.

Have you tried installing the v1.49 I've uploaded. Should be one of the first options to download.

Just enter like 5 zeroes if ask for reg #.

To upgrade firmware you'll have to establish the connection. The you go to Communication and go down to Main Unit Update.

Welcome to the Site! Dzaster is right though there should be 2 different versions of the support tool in the downloads section.
