Actually, its my new baby girl. My wife Laurene and I are first time parents. Her name is Jael Beverly Luka Oshita, 8lbs 3oz, born 9/30/09 @ 11:36pm Hawaiian Time! haha! Love her big time!

Oh, and just to let you all know I was married to a super hero all this time and didn't even know it. I mean............how else would anyone be able to endure what I seen her endure.:eek::D Huge respect for women--especially my wife.

Big time congrats man! Hope mom and the little one are doing well. FYI Recaro makes kid seats with 5 point harnesses.:D Both my munchkins were born bald and my boy still doesn't have much hair at a year old. Looks like she has a good little mop top.

What about a baby monitor with camera/video? Recommendations?

Never used one for either of my kids. If you go in there every time they make a noise they get real clingy and it's hard to break later. Sometimes you just gotta let em cry as long as they're fed, clean and not sick. Not really an issue at this stage but will be later. You'll start to get a real good feel for her as her personality develops and you figure out what she's telling you. The first few months may seem like alot of work but the first smile changes it all and when she starts to recognize you and gets excited it'll make a grown man act like an idiot.:D

I've been out of the loop for a while. Congrats on the new addition, love the car seat. Get lots of sleep when you can your gonna need it.
