I think it will boost every aspect of it, i.e. Buying new cars^ Expanding the used parts base^. Unless your after used blocks then your SOL. The only requirement is that the block be rendered unusable. NOT crush the car. However I do think they will smash a lot of them.

Short term fix, nothing is free........... we'll all have to pay for it later. In higher prices for used auto parts (law of supply and demand) and taxes.
